Opened in 1862, this was one of the largest breweries in the country and boasted state of the art brewing facilities.
By my count there were about eight, large vats in this plant. These seemed to be the largest – two floors high (angle shot looking up into the third floor).
Keeping track of the brew. Here’s how it broke down in terms of how many fermenting, storage, bottled and bins they had available;

On the roof of the five story building, the famous Kaire’s star. See light bulb below, this fell from the roof – about 50 or 60 feet.
